Does not include battery charger. Does include 2 new tapes, 1 tape I tested it with, dc car adapter with long cord, carrying case with keys, external mic (not tested) and 3 rechargeable batteries (status unkown but presumed to be dead). I recorded on it and played it back. Had to fast forward tape to get it to start recording but it did work. Sell as parts because of unknown status of the batteries and not sure about audio. Could use a good cleaning! Still a neat piece of video history that recorded!
