If you loosen the top screw, you can turn the optical unit if you need to adjust.  Adapter comes pre-adjusted to B4 lenses. Lens 2X coupled with adapter's 2X covers APSC sensor and almost covers full frame.  We will upload a video with lens 2X and adapter 2X. This is sturdy adapter and can take heavy lenses. Tripod collar is moved to bellows and there are no moving parts on top. Once you loosen the top screw, you can adjust it inside the adapter. Multi-slots make orientation easy.
