 The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K features a 4/3" sensor for capturing upto 4096 x 2160 DCI 4K images at rates up to 75 fps in a variety ofcodecs including Blackmagic Raw at several bit rates and various ProRes 422options. With the 6.6 update, the BMPCC 4K now offers up to 80 fps in a 2.8Kraw mode for 4:3 anamorphic and up to 75 fps in a 4K raw mode in 2.4:1widescreen. A 2x de-squeeze preview is available for 4:3 recording as well as a1.33x de-squeeze option. Slow-motion rates up to 120 fps are available in 2.6Kraw for Super16 lenses and in cropped Full HD. The 6.6 update makes operatingeasier with support for the Pocket Battery Grip and a built-in horizon levelfunction. Further 6.6 update features include support for additional languages,USB PTP control, customizable frame guides, an up to 8x pinch-to-zoom function,the ability to embed custom LUTs as metadata in Blackmagic Raw, and more.

 The Micro Four Thirds lensmount accommodates the original, lightweight Pocket Cinema Camera lenses, andcan be used with PL, C, EF, and other lenses with the use of separatelyavailable adapters. A dual-native ISO up to 25,600 is featured for low-lightcapture, and 13 stops of dynamic range provide rich HDR images.

Record using the internalCFast 2.0 and SD/UHS-II card slots or employ the USB Type-C output forcapturing longer clips to an external drive. The Pocket Cinema Camera 4K's5" touchscreen LCD reduces the need for an external, onboard monitor,while a full-sized HDMI port enables you to output a signal to a largerdisplay. The menu and interface are the same as the ones found on the URSA Minicamera, and 3D LUTs can be applied for monitoring or baking in your look whenyou're ready to commit.

Audio features include amini-XLR input with phantom power for pro-style mics, a 3.5mm jack, and aninternal stereo mic. Additional features include the same Blackmagic OS as theURSA Mini and Bluetooth remote control. The Pocket Cinema Camera 4K's carbonfiber composite build provides lightweight strength and durability, and poweroptions include running off the included Canon LP-E6 type battery or theincluded power supply.

Lens from Panasonicis designed for Micro Four Thirds cameras, where it provides a convenient24-70mm equivalent focal length range. A constant f/2.8 maximum apertureaffords consistent performance throughout the zoom range, and benefits workingin difficult lighting conditions as well as enables greater control over depthof field. The sophisticated optical design employs a series of aspherical, lowdispersion, and high refractive index glass elements to control a variety ofaberrations and distortions for sharp, clean image quality and a Nano SurfaceCoating has also been applied to reduce ghosting and flare. A POWER OpticalImage Stabilizer minimizes the appearance of camera shake to suit handheldshooting, and this O.I.S. system is also compatible with Dual I.S. for enhancedstabilization performance. Additionally, the lens also features a durableall-metal housing that is dust, splash, and freezeproof to enable its use inharsh climates.

 This Lens Mount Adapterfrom Viltrox allows a Nikon F-Mount, D or G-Type lens to be mounted onto aMicro Four Thirds camera. While doing so, the adapter's optics help to maximizethe connected lens's apparent angle of view while providing a one-stop increasefor the camera over the lens's aperture range.

If a lens intended forlarger camera sensors is connected to a Micro Four Thirds camera, it wouldproject an image larger than the camera's sensor was built to accept.
