I bought this package earlier in the summer from another Pricetronicer to convert my own minidv tape. Since having converted I no longer need. Worked great for me! Supports MiniDV tape only! This is NOT a service. You will receive the following to  convert your own tapes : - 1 Cannon camcorder to playback the tape format selected - 1 USB capture device for Windows PC - includes cables, AC power adapter (no battery needed), AV cables - instructions for capturing video with several different software options - resulting video files that can be saved to hard drive, DVD, or uploaded to Youtube Mac Users:
Connect the camcorder via Firewire or Thunderbolt ( miniDV tapes only) . PAL Note:
NTSC tapes recorded in USA only, no PAL support.
