This is a used condition GE HQ Movie Video System VHS CG 9815 Camcorder with case, battery, shoulder strap, power cable and instructions. It does power on when plugged in with the power cable. I am unsure if it is fully functional it is as I do not have a blank tape to fully test it. The front of the lens has some signs of wear (as seen in photo). At the beginning of testing the digital viewfinder worked but then displayed a check battery message. The electric eject button did function.
