I do give refunds if you are thoroughly unsatisfied for some reason and return the item to me in the same condition it was sent to you within 30 days of receiving it. There are no refunds if feedback is left prior to contacting me about an issue. Again the item must be returned in order to receive a refund. No refunds for packaging defects. And I do block buyers permanently who do not give a fair chance to make things right. Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns. Payment is expected within 4 days. Shipping charges are as stated and include tracking.  Due to recent experience, if no payment is received after 4 days an unpaid item a resolution request is opened. Regarding postal charges... depending on the item, the most economical option is used and charged accordingly. Large packages are subject to dimensional weight charges by Fedex and USPS. I only charge shipping and not handling....often the shipping price you pay does not fully cover the actual shipping price. If you agree to purchase, then please understand you are agreeing to the reasonable shipping cost as stated. Items returned must be in the condition received.  Please note all perfume and colognes are required by shipping companies to be sent via ground services.
