Whether it be Murphy's Law or just "luck", electrical malfunctions seem to take place the day after the Manufacturer Warranty expires. The Mack Camera Extended Warranty offers you that peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.
This Mack extended Warranty is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 4 additional years after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract may be purchased for New Products with at least ninety (90) days remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days with Mack Camera. In the event this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit mackcam and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please call the Toll Free 1-800-252-MACK. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects.) Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured to the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damaged LCD’s, interchangeable lens, batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, docking station and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages. Mack Extended Service Contract is designed to give the customer the best total protection for their equipment for the life of the Extended Service Contract. You will be protected from expensive repair bills and treated with the highest level of customer service. We are interested in your feedback and any suggestions you may have that would improve our site.
