USPS Priority Mail is available as a 2nd option.  The Manfrotto 394 low profile quick release adapter is a RC4 assembly that comes with 1/4-20" and 3/8"-16 both on the camera and tripod ends. The Manfrotto  410PL (RC4) quick release base has a horizontal and vertical bubble level. Images are of the actual plates and show what is included: original packaging, Manfrotto 394 quick release adapter with 410PL plate, 1/4-20" & 3/8-16" threaded camera screws, 3/8-16 to 1/4-20 reducer bushing (already threaded into bottom of the 394 plate. I used this system by putting the 410PL plate on anything I wanted to be able to detach quickly and the 394 plate I'd put on a grip, super clamp, light stand, etc. This pair got lots of use so there are marks and scratches with especially where to two plates come into contact when mounting.
