What better way to get the retro video effect than with the actual retro camcorder from 1988?
Plug it in, hook up the adapter to the RCA cables and capture live video directly from the unit to your modern editing equipment
Record to VHS and play back for an even more retro effect
While I have gotten it to record and play back, it doesn't always work
Sometimes it just shuts off
But other times it just works like it should
While I do have the battery for it, it doesn't hold a charge and requires extra hassle to ship (extra paperwork/labeling).
If you *really* want the battery, I can include it for an extra $10 - or you can just buy a brand new one at several places for around $40
