No scratches are on the screen, the camcorder itself looks great (only wear and tear where the serial number is because I always used my SmallRig tripod when filming), never been dropped and no damage. I got this as a gift back in March (6 months warranty left) and it's only been used for 40 hours. At times, I didn't use for weeks and months (last time I used this was late May), it was collecting dust. It has been cleaned, restored, formatted, and tested to make sure it runs great. I never used internal recording to memory card ports and always used external recording to my Atomos Ninja V+. Also, I never charged these batteries internally in the camcorder and always used Kastar battery charger to get them charged. Both memory cards are already installed in both slots and formatted for you to get going. You get everything that's pictured and extra will be included.
