***Neither of the two batteries would display that they were charging so either the batteries are dead or the charging ability of the camcorder is not functioning***
Four tapes included and at least of those appear to have been used.
The bag looks like it may not have come with the device but as the pictures show, the device fits efficiently into the bag with all of its components.
