Up for grabs is a very rare find. This is a near new Sony CCD-VX3 3CCD video camera. This camcorder came from a high-end collector of Sony video equipment and has been preserved perfectly. The collector I acquired this from bought this camcorder new and ran 1 (ONE) tape through it before storing it in his climate controlled storage.
This is the most pristine VX3 you will find today. It's basically new old stock. I loaded a tape about a month ago and made a test recording and the camcorder worked flawlessly. I can provide video test footage from this exact camcorder. SINCE TIME OF RECORDING, I SOLD THIS CAMERA AND THEN RECEIVED IT BACK AND IT DOESN’T POWER UP OR EJECT. COULD BE SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT SELLING FOR PARTS BECAUSE OF THIS.
Also included is the very rare OEM "3CCD" hard case this camcorder was purchased with when new. Inside is a charger, camera adapter plate (to power the camera from wall power) and A/V cables.
