Comes with the Sony Handycam, rechargeable battery, original box, two CD-ROM's, and Accessory booklet. I do not have an instruction manual, AC adaptor, or A/V cable but those are easily obtainable inexpensively on eBay. This unit has a built in USB cable that you use to charge battery.
