SONY VCL-MHG07A (0.7x WIDE END CONVERSION LENS) with 2 adaptor rings.
I have 2 of the adaptor rings, they are (37mm to 52mm) and (58mm to 52mm)
Also included is the cloth carrying case for the lens
!!!ATTENTION!!! The lens has a small scratch on it. The last picture of the set shows the "hairline" size crack (Its right under my finger in the picture). Everything else about the lens is fine.
