This is a Vinten Vision Ped Studio Camera Pedestal with 2 Broken Arms - for Parts or Repair . It is not working. Two of the three arms have broken spikes as shown in photos. Other functions work well. It is very smooth to adjust the center column up or down. This is the pedestal center mechanism parts. No dolly or top tripod head included. It is very good for parts or for repair.
